| My kids were telling me that they felt deprived over the years because I never bought them "FOOTIE PAJAMAS!" They were adamant that if they had some they would wear them! |
| Thus for 2011, they ALL receive Footies! And they were held to wearing them for Christmas. |
| Ben embraced the Grinch and stripes, although for the boy who has made a goal to never wear long pants to school all winter, and the body temperature of a polar bear, they were a bit hot all zipped up, but he wore them proudly! |
| Ryan was cheap entertainment, letting go of the usual teen insecurity to appear goofy and even wearing them to the store on a dare! |

Emmi loved the penguin jammies and was her soft cuddley self!
We are so blessed to have many family to surround us at the holidays. By the end of the week, we have usually spent every waking minute planning, playing and consistently on the go. By the end of the week we are usually saying love you and see you next year!
We have wonderful grandparents that worked for months
on an amazing book and DVD of Christs life...
...complete with all the cousins as the cast members.
| Christ through the eyes of a child. |
| Simeon and the Christ child. |
| angels sing on high! |
The nativity is always tender with a live baby Jesus and cousins all around.
Breakfast in Bed for Mom and Dad Day! January 11
January brought a birthday for Jeff and Ben and this photo taken on January 11th issued in the now annual , "breakfast in bed for mom and dad day!" Ben is quite the made-to-order omelet maker(complete with garnish) and Emmi is a willing side kick that fills in the details to help it all come together.
